These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EstateMap. They apply to all users of the platform — buyers, sellers, and visitors — regardless of how you access the service.
Registration
To use certain features of EstateMap you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep it updated.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
- You must not share your login details or allow others to access your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one active account
Account Types
- Seller Account — post, manage, and promote property listings
- Buyer Account — browse listings, save favorites, and contact sellers
All listings must accurately represent the property being offered. They are subject to review and must comply with our content standards and applicable laws.
- Listings must include accurate address, price, and property details
- Photos must be current and truthfully represent the property
- Pricing must not be misleading or displayed in a deceptive currency format
- Sold or rented properties must be removed or updated within 48 hours
- Duplicate listings of the same property are strictly prohibited
As a seller on EstateMap you accept full responsibility for:
- Providing truthful and verifiable information about your property
- Only listing properties you have the legal right to sell, rent, or represent
- Responding to legitimate buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring all listed prices and terms are current and accurate
- Complying with all local real estate laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
- Disclosing any material defects, legal issues, or encumbrances affecting the property
The following is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential account suspension:
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading property listings
- Properties associated with illegal activities or money laundering
- Discriminatory listings based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or any protected characteristic
- Spam, duplicate, or irrelevant content
- Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
- Personal contact information embedded in descriptions to circumvent platform messaging
- Any content that violates applicable local, national, or international law
EstateMap employs both automated and human moderation to maintain platform quality and user safety.
- All new listings undergo a review process before going live
- We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates our policies
- Users may report suspicious or policy-violating content through the report feature
- Repeated violations will result in permanent account suspension
EstateMap is a property listing platform. We do not act as a real estate agent, broker, or financial advisor. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing content.
- We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers
- We do not independently verify property ownership, titles, or legal status
- We are not responsible for financial losses arising from platform transactions
- We do not guarantee the platform will be available or error-free at all times
- Users engage in property transactions entirely at their own risk
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct harmful to EstateMap, its users, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings page. Upon termination, your listings will be removed and your data handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

At EstateMap, protecting your privacy is a core responsibility. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you access and use our platform.
This policy applies to all EstateMap services, including our web platform, mobile interface, and any associated applications.

- To provide, operate, and maintain our platform and services
- To display property listings accurately on our map interface
- To facilitate communication between buyers and sellers
- To send account-related notifications and service updates
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security threats
- To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- To analyze usage patterns and improve platform performance
- To personalize your experience based on your activity (with your consent)
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers — trusted vendors who assist platform operation (hosting, analytics, email) under strict data processing agreements
- Between Users — seller contact information visible to buyers in the context of property inquiries
- Legal Requirements — when required by law, court order, or governmental authority
- Business Transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with appropriate user notice
- Protection of Rights — to protect the rights, safety, and property of EstateMap and our users
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted to and from our platform
- Secure authentication via Firebase with encrypted credential storage
- Regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability monitoring
- Strict access controls — only authorized personnel may access personal data
- Automatic session expiration and anomalous activity detection
- Encrypted backups with geographic redundancy
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation grants you the following rights:
- Right of Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

- Right to Know Recipients — identify third parties to whom your data has been transferred domestically or abroad
- Right to Correction — request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
- Right to Deletion — request deletion or destruction of your personal data under applicable conditions
- Right to Notification — request that corrections and deletions be communicated to third parties who received your data
- Right to Object — object to outcomes arising solely from automated data processing that negatively affect you

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law.
- Active account data is retained for the lifetime of your account
- After account deletion, most data is removed within 30 days
- Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance
- Anonymized and aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely
- Data subject to a legal hold will be retained until the matter is resolved
EstateMap operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries that may have different data protection standards.
When we transfer data internationally, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place — including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Our primary infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase), which maintains compliance with global privacy frameworks including GDPR and SOC 2 Type II.
